Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Dear sir / madam
My daughter recently received a settlement from the Road Accident Fund after six and a half years of absolute anguish.
Last week she received an email from her attorney de Broglio Attorneys stating that she must appear in court regarding Discovery's claim from the RAF. She is in the process if applying for an Ancestral visa to the UK which should take about 2 months. What happens is she has emigrated to the UK and de Broglio need her to appear jn court again. Will she be able to arrange a ZOOM appearance?
I anxiously await your reply
Kind regards
