Question posted in the General Law category relating to North West
Good day, I was looking for some advice regarding a trust.
The trust is in a will. In the will it is stipulated that the trust can be 'unbinded' when the youngest grandchild is of 25 years of age. That is last year end of June.
I am a beneficiary of the trust. I want to know what can be done that i can get my whole share from the trust an be done with it as they are not doing anything to move ahead with the proses but I want my share and I want to be done with the trust.
