Hi there

I wonder if you can help me...I had a friend living with us for 3 years, she was paying rent by us about 2 Week ago she decides to move out without any notice... she just took her stuff while we were at work... she has made no efforts to contact us and she owes a months rent....
also I borrowed her my vehicle because she needed it because I was not working at the time. .. and in that time she bumped it and lied to me about what had happened.... she told me that someone bumped the car when she was in the shop.... but the truth was she had been intoxicated and bumped it....
she agreed to pay the damages but now she has moved out and she is not taking my calls or sms's.

My question is, do I have any foot to stand on regarding this?
