Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng

I have a situation where I have a lease contract with a Lessee. On the 1st page of the contract the lessee entered 2 ID numbers under lessee but the contract only permits for one lessee. Under LEssee only one person signed with the first ID number. The other signed as a witness. I informed the lessee that the Co tract only permits for one lessee before I signed it and she advised that I can remove the second ID number which I did and only signed it then. I gave a copy of the the contract to the lessee. The other person is her boyfriend and their relationship has now come to an end. He is now threatening me stating that I commuted fraud by removing his ID from the lease. All my correspondence was with the person who signed as lessee as well as the credit check and the inspection.
