Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to North West
I bought a pressure washer machine at a game store and after 2months the machine started giving me problems. I then went to the store and I was told that I would have to book in the machine as their policy states. The machine came back after 2weeks and just a month after the repair I encountered the same problem. I returned to the store and requested for a refund . They refused to give me a refund and instead told me to book in the machine again. At this point the machine has gone for repairs thrice with no solution. The store indicated that they cannot help any further. Please give me a way forward.
