Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Free State
I would like to find out if a whatsap message count as a legal notice of a rental cotract if the contact only states notice must be given in writting.
The contract does not spessify that it must be given via email. Am i save if the notice has been given and the 2 months have passed and they never advertised the property and want me to pay rent now even if the notice was given via a whatsapp to the rental agency?
