Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Good day
My mother has passed away and my stepfather is still staying in the house. The house is in a trust which was never transfered into my name as per my grandfathers will. Only my mother had living rights until death also as per my grandfathers will.
My stepfather has or has destroyed my mothers will and is now selling things out the house. Is this legal? How do we evict him?
