Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Good Evening
I sold my Renault Megane to someone "as is/voetstoots" die to the fact that the car burned while I was driving along with his wife and son in the vehicle.
The buyer offered me R7500 for the car which he would pay in 3 installments of R2500 p/m starting from the 31st day of January 2024.
However till date he hasn't given me any monies towards the purchase of my car and cones with excuses to avoid paying me.
We have a written agreement that he is purchasing the car as is for the above mentioned amount and so on.
What can I do legally regarding this matter
Kind Regards
