Hi I have a year contract where i am currently renting the landlady came a few months after moving in gave us a notice to vacate on the 3rd of December to be out the end of December we told her that we won't because she may not do that,now the 17th of January she sent us a letter stating we have to vacate the premises by the end of January because sha had prepaid meters installed that she apparantly did not know was illegal and that when the theres know more power she does not know what to do because the machines are not registered to be able to get coupons,we have been sitting without hot water for 2 weeks,our rent is up to date the reason she says she wants us out is due to the prepaid machines but she did not inform us a month in advance like it stipulates on the contract that she is allowed to do this she just had them istalled and when i confronted her she said she will put coupons on now she wants us out by end of january and we dont find place at such short notice, what do i do
