Good Afternoon

My employer after 5 months of paying my salary in my one account i requested paid my salary today into my very first account i was using with my company but i told them not to use this account and for 5 months they have been using my new account, now today my salary was paid into my old account and i have lost that money, my employer says it is not his problem what can i do please advise me.
