Good day,

I was under administration since 2008. one of the accounts was an Edgars account. Now I get calls from Norman and Bisset to start paying this account. When I told them it was part of the administration they said they will put me on ITC since the administration order only covered some of the outstanding debt. What is my rights? May they do this - if so may I report them to the ombudsman? I never received a statement from them or any legal documentation stating the outstanding balance etc whats so ever...
