Good day,
I had purchased a scooter from big boy end of Aug 2014. the scooter is now 6 months old but has broken down now for the 5th time. There is less than 600km on the clock.
I had contacted head office last month complaining and stating I want a refund because they keep wanting to "fix" the scooter but then it keeps breaking. The 1st issue started a month after purchase.. a new ignition and battery was installed and still it kept cutting out on me leaving me stranded.
I called head office now again and they tell me "its fixed" again... how can I get a refund? The scooter spends more time in the workshop than with me.

Another thing is the exhaust pipe is badly rusted and it sits in a garauge.. i live in joburg how is this possible after 5 months? and they refuse to fix this
