Good afternoon.
I am a 51 years old single mom that moved back to my moms place three years ago,due to a bad
breakup.My mom owns the house and divorced my dad 27 plus years already.
She was a nurse of profession and is retired for several years now.
Currently living in the house is myself my mother and my 27 year old daughter.
I have three other sisters which are all married with their own families and homes.
I want to build a cottage in the backyard with fencing and a little porch.
We want to know if she leave me the property at the back in her will if it will cause issues if she passes and the main house must be sold and devided up to the other 3 sisters
