Hi. My wife as a designer for a small company. She really worked very hard last year and as a reward a client gave her a gift voucher for a shopping mall. The company policy stated that she had to share this voucher with everybody that worked there (which seems reasonable). However her boss took the voucher and today she found the statements of the voucher, showing her boss used the voucher to buy clothing for her trip overseas. My wife is so upset. How can we confront her boss and what legal action can we take against her?
