Good day.
We have been maried in comunity of property for over 20 yrsWe seperated 7 yrs ago and have now started divorce proceedings
My question is with regards to the 50/50 pension fund splitIs the amount calculated up to the current date...or from the date that we seperated 7yrs backthank you
