Hi

I would like to sell my ON-CONSUMPTION LIQUOR LICENCE, I have been re-newing it every year and it is valid until Dec. 2015.

I am not utilising it for the past few years - but have been hiring it out as a Temporary Liquor Licence for various functions.

I have an interested buyer and would like to know what the process involved is when selling my liquor licence, as I would like to do it via a lawyer and keep it all legal - what costs are expected and how long would this process take?

Kindly advise soonest
