Good day,

In 2013, I lost a brother who was divorced with 1 kid then had two more kids after marriage. 2nd girlfriend used to bully him and even confirmed that he was going to die and 3 months did not pass-by and he passed on. She has fraudulently obtained a Death Certificate and managed to make claims on some of my brothers insurance withouthout our consent claiming that she was my brother's wife. Please advise on how I can deal with this culprit. My mom's (85) health is also detororating daily
