Good Day,

I am hoping you can assist me. In September last year i bought a motorcycle from a dealer, i had a aftermarket exhaust fitted and it has been down hill from there. The first exhaust completely burnt out and changed colour, the dealer replaced it with another one. Since then the replaced one has been repaired 3 times as it just falls apart and everything on the inside burns out. I am trying to get my money back as i paid R1500 for it but i am getting nowhere!! The dealer also took 4 months to repair it the last time and within the 4 months i sold the motorcycle, now they say since they cant fit it to the motorcycle they cant refund me. I had endless problems with the motorcycle too due to bad workmanship and had to take it back to them on a weekly basis for repair work. I am truly fed up with this situation and just want my money back and never have anything to do with them ever again.

Please tell me what i should do to get this resolved.

Thank you,

Jacques
