inernational law...the civil right movement from 1950 to 1970 guarantees migrants a number of basic rights.the right to life,the right not to be subjected to torture or cruel,degrading treatment or punishment.the right to liberty and security of an individual was also granted.The freedom to choose reoidevince for those lawfully within the territory of a state and the right of protection from arbitrary or unlawful interference with their right to privacy.
