Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Gauteng

I closed my business and signed over custody to my son's father as my son chose to go and live with his father. The landlord, that has a personal grudge against me went to the children's court and is falsely accusing me of neglect as i go out some nights leaving my son with a babysitter and falsely accuses me of abusing drugs. Can a court still subpoena me and demand that my son needs to attend the court proceedings even if he is no longer in my custody and not residing in the jurisdiction. I've received notice to be in court with my son. He's been living with his father for almost two months as I am currently unemployed and felt it in the best interested for my son to go and live with his father
