I started emploment at a logistics company 1june 2017.at the time I was on probation for 3 months I signed a contract which state that there is restraints in place however that annexure was not attached to the contract. After the probation of the months I was given an extended probation.in jan 2018 I was given a new contract to sign with full restraints in place I refused to sign as my salary structure was decreased.this is my livlyhood and my manager jus5 called to say if I contact any of the customers which I brought over they will die me.can they do this
