Good day

Can you please assist me in this regard. I have a personal loan with ABSA which they handed over to their legal department. But ever since this account is at the legal department the balance does not decrease I then asked for statements which I eventually got from complaints department. I realize that after every end balance before the next month 's deduction is made the balance has increased without and explanation is made. I was under debt review and the debt review said they will look into the matter but never did. NCR the agent working with the file did not look at the the transactions of the legal department she look at transactions of the debt review and said transactions are done correct i asked for a review the agent working with the file explained that the lady working with file is not there and she can't find thr file. She made duplicates and handed to another agent he then said in his finding that the deductions are done correct by ABSA again he look at the wrong transactions. I was complaining about the the transactions done by ABSA Legal Department not the debt reviewer or ABSA Personal loans department. Because of that I reffered the matter to NOT file was closed and said i can resend the complaint but must file the documents correctly. What can i do to get the transactions made by the legal department be checked and if I am correct about the increases for it to be deducted so it can be clear how much I owe ABSA. If your offices 's advice to take it to NCT where can i get help with filing of the documents.
