I once asked the debt review company for advice on how to reduce my debt but after discovering that I have to take another loan and they will consolidate my debt I decided not to use them. The challenge is now my name is listed under their company and even though I did not use them to consolidate my debt. I paid my loan on my own until I finished but my name is still not cleared at credit bureau. I need to know how do I clear my name because people that am getting says I need to pay R4000 for them to clear my name, which I don't understand why or for what as I have paid my loan in full.
