Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
Signed otp. Bond accepted. Not transferred yet. Did not saw damp problems during inspection as furniture was in front and it was painted to conceal. Moved in and in first day saw it. Informed seller and art. They ignored. Got damp specialist and building inspector. All internal walls damp as well as foundation. Rising damp. Sellers declared no damp. Can I cancelled sales contract ?
