I received a summons from the sherrif that i owe school monies for 2017 to a total of R3500, i went to the school and showed them that i paid the monies Dec 2017 (total R 3500), the looked at their system and saw that the monies was in their account as credit and was not allocated to my account but that they will correct it, now i want to know who is liable for the lawyers fees, because this is not a mistake on my side.
