Good Day, i have have a boyfriend (not married)that received a payout a few years back, before the payout he would get odd little jobsbut mostly at home so i was the one working and seen to bills, then we received the payout and bought a house but in 1 year everything fell and my company closed down so there was no income, so as time went we were in debt on the house so we sold then got a townhouse and i had a temp job then to, so we are now in the townhouse but because im not earning so much my mother is helping me with the bills of the town house, the townhouse is under a family trust and my 2 children are the beneficiaries. i would like to know -as every time there is a argument he kicks me and my kids out, im not interested to continue our relationship but i need to know what i can do to keep my roof over my kids heads? he does go into a state where we dont feel safe and secure in our own home.
So at this moment he is not brining in anything and my mother and i are seen to eveything. What can i do???
