Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Western Cape
<p>Hi there, i have a customer that wants to cancel his purchase. We demonstrated to him on the 23rd October 2019, sold, he signed the order, we delivered and completed the training as well. Customer did eft payment on the 25th october 2019. on the 29th october 2019 customer whatsapp rep he wants to cancel (however the company was not informed) and emailed the company on the 30th october 2019. we are aware that a consumer can cancel within 5 working days of purchasing. </p>
<p>What we want to know is, is the customer within his cancellation period even if he only contacted the company on the 30th october 2019. he stil has the product withhim.</p>
