Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
GoodAfternoonI worked for a company in Cpt which transfer me to Worcester. They found accommodations for us in Worcester, only to find out that I’d be living inside someone’s house with their family and they assured me other employees have lived there so it’s safe. I complained and even looked for another place that’s private for us to live. 22 April I came back to the house and I was sexually assaulted ( raped) by the landlords son. I laid a case against him edging is still in process. I wanted to know is it possible to sue the company I was working for though I don’t have money or isn’t there any possible way I can hold them accountable?u
