Hi i bought a vehicle last year 03/04 December for the purpose of business(Taxify/Uber) , this was clarified to the dealer that the car is for the purpose of business. The problem is i have not been given the car documentation by the dealer and it has been 5 weeks, i have therefore already lostout on 5 weeks worth of. income because i don't have the cardocumentation to register the car and start making money,

The vehicle was purchased through finance and i have to start paying month end while i have not made any income from the vehicle. 

Can i return the vehicle to the dealership and am i going to be liable for anything since i am returning the vehicle because of them?

Was it a new vehicle that you bought, or a second-hand vehicle?

Is it the registration papers that you are waiting for?

How was the vehicle financed, or there are no registration papers?

I don't think that you can return the vehicle simply because there are no registration papers. But you would have a damages claim against the dealer for your loses.
