Good day, we paid a photographer last year May to do our wedding in December last year. The last we heard from her was November then she vanished, I have managed to find her boyfriends number who said he will pay us the money on her behalf. I also found contact details of her colleague/ business partner who apologized and said they will be in touch with me. No satisfaction was received. We then went ahead with small claims court. They had until 2nd of Jan 2020 to react, which they did not. She seems to have a reputation on social media with this kind of thing. We posted on Facebook naming her, her boyfriend and her colleague. She then somehow appeared again and sent me an email requesting I remove the post and she will pay the money over a period of 04 months. We need advise on how we can get the full amount from her as we paid the full amount.
