Hi

So i am 26 years old. My Grandfather an Grandma raised me.

My Grandmother Passed away in 2014 and my grandfather last year November.

Now all of a sudden, we cannot dind his testament. He gave me a name of a broker last year June , but now i cannot recall the name he gave me.

The family is cutting me out and are doing whatever thet want with his property.

Monday last week i had a dream that my Grandad phoned me and told me to keep on digging i will get the anwers and told me to go to his Girlfriends house i will find answers. This was so real i decided to do it.

So last week i went to the house he lived with his girlfriend and got a few of his stuff, diaries an so forth.

Now the last time my Grandad came to visit me he gave me a plastic sleeve with my car's rwgistration papers and said i will need it soon. So i didnt really understood and put it im my folder with personal docs.

On monday morning this week i started to phone numbers in his dairy and found a broker from old mutusl that he met with last year.

What the broker told me was a bit shocking. He read me the notes he made the day of the meeting withvmy grandad . My grandad told him that his house in brakpan must be sold and the money must go to his two great grans children. And that is my two boys he loved and adored so much.

I needed my papers as i sold my car.

And then i took the papers out of my folder. I  found the deed of the house inside inbetween my cars papers folded up as if it was hidden.

Now my queston is : since there is no will found at this stage and the estate is going intestate. What are my chances of contesting this estate going intestate?

My family is purposly cutting me out because me and my Grandparent was so close. This is now his two boys. My mother is willing to stand by me so that the money of the house can go to my two boys.

My grandad said to many people before his death that he is taking his two boys out of his will because the5 cannot even answer the phone when he callsn they cannot even do the trouble to visit him when he is ill.

He wanted to be burried with my grannys ashes but they took it upon them selfs and cremated my grandad. Simply because it is cheaper.

They went against his wishes already and i simply cannot allow this to happen to my two boys.

Please can some one advise me what to? Will send the proof i have as well.
