Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi i was pregnant we went to a lady that did the sonars for us.She would have done the birth also but she didn't.We payed her for the birth because she needed to book the lady that would help her doing the birth.But she didn't do the delivery so she needs to pay our money back to us,she payed half of it back we are struggling to get the other half out of her.What can we do to get it she has every day another story.

You can sue her for breach of contract, and the return of your money, in the small claims court.
