Question posted in the Immigration Law category relating to Gauteng

I'm sure I know the answer but need to know if from a legal point I can do anything before wasting time and money with a consultation. 

Hyperthetically of course if someone entered SA with another nationality passport 18 years ago and at the time acquired a South African ID  and now has all the extras as in passport drivers etc paying tax. And now is co cerned that there real identity may come out and be forced to leave SA is there something that can be done... Oh also recently married?
