Question posted in the General Law category relating to Northern Cape

About 2 years ago I told my employee that the ATM account does not reconcile , but he did nothing about it. Now the auditors picked it up . Now he is holding me resonsible , but we were 4 people working on the account. 

What can I do to make sure that he does not take criminal action agaimt me?

I honestly do not think that there is any scope for criminal proceedings against you from what you've explained. He would need to do a recon of the account and IF there is money which was stolen, then criminal proceedings would need to be instituted against that person. Not you.
