My name is jay and 39 yrs old women who have been married for the past 9 years in community of property to a my husband who is 5 years older than me.He fathered a child(son) before I met him and we only have a child 8 yrs of age.
I recently feel like I want to moved out of courtship cos of countless problems that I have been contacted with especially with him, his family and baby mama who is married to someone else and still interfere in our lives and he allows it.
My question is based on furniture and items I bought in our home that I feel that since I'm ready to move out of the house coz i need peace and devorce Can I move out with my furniture cos I don't feel safe and I want to go rent some where else while awating for devorce degree?
