Hi there, I am a grandmother, I raised the child in my home financially with her mother also staying here. They have moved a year ago and now she refuses me to see the child. What can I do to obtain access to see my grandchild as she the mother uses excuses like farm murders for a reason not to see my grandchild. There is a parenting plan for her and the father which states that none of them may enstrange the child from the grandparents. She sended the child now to visit her father which the child calls him uncle.she also sended the child with 6 sets of clothes for a period off 2 months visit and no shoes.
