Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Western Cape
On 01/11/20 I bought an Apple MacBook Pro, 10 days later I booked the MacBook Pro into the Apple repair center due to a flickering screen. I picked the laptop up a month plus after the first book in.
On the 09/14/20 I booked the mac back in for the same issue, I left it too long this time and the issue got so bad it was affecting my work performance and would hurt my eyes. I had such a bad experience with the Mac before I booked it in the second time I actually left it there for 6 months and only picked it up a week or two ago, the issue has not been resolved but gradually coming back.
I'm in conversation with Apple again and they say to book it back in for the third time, I dont know what my rights are, if I even have any left. I thought I would reach out and see if this is something you could advise or help on. Please keep safe,
