Hi. My husband was just declared disabled due to epilepsy caused by front lob brain damage caused by a accident he was in at the age of approx 9months. He had no policies and we cannot claim dissibility because of my salary. He cannot work. Can a claim be put in place against his mother who was the driver of the car in order to provide for his future.
