Dear sir/ mam

How can I get help for my father’s house that was given to my brother by my mother after he passed on . The title deed is now on my brother’s name and he is now married living with his wife who came into the marriage with two of her children from a previous relationship. My brother has none. Therefore we want to contest the deed so that it is not only in his name but is equally shared by us the brothers and sisters , as we feel that it is utterly unfair that should anything happen to him , then the house will be taken over by what I can say are strangers. Please help .
