Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
As an accused with a double (2×)business robbery with aggravated circumstances ,I'm a first offender ,with no previous records ...I'm a year arrested now me & three friends we got arrested on the 28 August if I'm correct ,they found a 52700,50 with the complainers phone on one of my friends & we got possitively identified by them at the police station without any legal representers of our choice by our side ...the police went to my house & discover that there's a pants at my house one of the guys in the video footage had on on the day of the robbery so they took that pants as evidence for the second case ....
The 1st Case ,they only took a shirt at my house as evidence & they speaking of video footage ...
Soo now I would like to know if it's possible for me to get a bail?
