Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
We are married in community of property. My wife is incapaciated due to brain operation and and it is not clear when she would be able to move,talk and write. I have a doctor's support letter in this regards. I need to acces my wife's bank account in order to keep family properties and related payments.
What is the way to achieve this?

Hi there,
I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.
You will need to apply for a curator bonis to be appointed for her. This involves a High Court application.
