Hi there,

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.

You will need to apply to court for a court order. The application will need to be launched with an affidavit setting out the facts and asking the court for the relief that you want.

In all likelihood, you'll need a lawyer to assist you in bringing this application.
