Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
I believe that ppl who i bought a car from have gooten a (hofbevel) to have the car returend to what now is an estate that is not true and i can prove it but Idont want the car removed untill this is sorted out what can i do

Did you buy the car from the person before he died? Do you have a copy of that agreement?
