Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Western Cape

My husband was working for a construction company on during October 2018 and while pay out salaries on a Saturday afternoon was tied up, kicked, hit with a gun on his head and stabbed 5 times with a knife. He left the company end of Jan 20. Since he became very aggressive, short tempered, hate black people en lost feeling of 3 fingers in his right hand. He changed into a man I dont know..
