Hi, my girlfriend was recently involved in an incapacity hearing due lack of vaccination. We have since found out that the chair of the hearing is the CEO of the company's brother in law,  is this allowed?

Hi there,

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.

Given that the chairperson could have been the CEO himself, or any other HR person in the company, I would say that it is fine if the chairperson was the brother of the CEO, however his decision can be challenged if you think that he was bias or if he made the wrong decision.
