Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
Hi ther..I won a case at barganing council against my previous employee..an award was givin to me stated that i won the case..My previous employee refuse to pay so barganing council send out the sheriff to go write up what they owe me..Sheriff did theyr job but no barganing council wants to review my case again..can you assist me please
