Good day,

Trust you are doing well.

I'm in dire need of help. My situation is as such: My husband is a businessman. We have two children. He is 30 years old. He was not a threat to anyone and he was ending his habit because he planned on moving us away from Durban. His parents however did not want him to move away and start afresh because they are after his business so they have paid a rehab facility from Johannesburg to forcefully take him to rehab. He was not court ordered to be taken into a rehab but just because they had contacts and paid people. But now they are trying to take over his assets. I have finally got hold of the rehab however they more in favor of his parents. My husband has been the breadwinner for my children and I and now 3 months his in a facility and I have no source of income for my children. I don't have funds to get a lawyer to help him out of that rehab but if I can get assistance to remove him from there, he will pay the person who helped. The person at rehab said he is going to be in rehab for 6 to 12 months, and they don't want to disclose much information with me. At the moment I'm struggling financially with two kids, my husband's business is jeopardized, his parents only put him away just to take over. My husband does work for the department of environmental affairs for waste bureau, I have spoken to them and they advised me to get assistance from a lawyer, but I cannot afford one right now until my husband is out of rehab. Please help me , I will really appreciate it. I really need him out of that place in order for him to save his business and to financially support us.
