Good Day ,

My Dad died in Jan 2015 , my mom is his only benefisary , the pension fund stop monthly payments , reason they must put it over on my moms name , but my mom is depended on that money , can they stop it and complete the claim first or can she still get that amount monthly? and how long can it take?
