I have started paying off instalments for a solar geysar with SUNTANK company from October 2014, the agreement was to pay it off in 3 installments. A promotion from the company came out in NOvember (see copy below) which states if you install before Chrismas 2014 you will be entitled to a discount or a gift. When I approcahed them that I feel that I am legible for this as my geyser installation will be before Chrismas they said no it only applies to people who stated paying in November 2014, I argued that this was not specified in the advert but they said it was implied. the advert says at or before Chrismas which I did mine before thus they must honor their promis and give my gift.
