Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
I was offered 2 positions at a leading bank through a contracting/employment agency. I had muy first interview in November and got feedback the very same day stating that they will start the onboarding process. Then i was told i had to meet the team of the person that initially interviewed me. This turned out to be for another position. This interview was on the 9th of Decemeber and i got feedback on the 30th of December stating that they will onboard me. So this is 2 positions. The agency states every day that they are waiting for the bank to get back to them. This inturn has caused financial issues on my side, as i am waiting and not taking in any other offers.
i have all whatsapp conversations from the agency. There isnt a contract as they are waiting on the bank.
Can i sue?

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.
Who are you wanting to sue? The agency or the bank?
Please remember this is a dialog if you have follow-up questions please make the required deposit, then use the REPLY button and ask your further question. I would like to continue assisting you, but I need to concentrate on people who make deposits for their questions - they get serviced first!
